There's not one dance style, I'm not teaching complicated 'routines', this is dancing to connect back to YOU, express YOU, explore yourself through dance.

Alignment and technique

Every day for 14 days you'll have a dance prompt of the day + a 10 min dance video focussed on a different area (technique/choreography /fitness/salsa/stretching).
It's an experiment to see how you would feel if you'd dance every day. Energised? Less reactive? Focussed? Creative?

Sunday live online Dance & Mindfulness classes that supports the Activate Your Inner Dancer Course.
Ask questions, explore choreography, dance together, share and celebrate.
An hour of dance, connecting with others and other mindful practices such as meditation, EFT Tapping and journalling.
This way you get to implement, grow and develop your practice as it will evolve alongside you.

You don't need to go to the gym if you hate it, just 10 minutes of dancing a day can improve things such as your cardiovascular health, muscle mass, and improve stamina.

Performing in theatres and films as a dancer for 10 years travelling around the world and performing on stages like in the West End, London, I now use those skills to share the love and joy of dancing with others.
Dancing allows me to connect to myself, to feel my feelings, to express them, to give them a place so I can show up as my best self with focus and purpose.
Whether you're a seasoned professional and want to connect to why you started dancing in the 1st place again, or are completely new to dance and want to find a way to make it accessible and fun for you, you're in the right place.
Let's start dancing just for you.
There are 3-5 dance prompts each week, each taking around 2-15 minutes of your time.
It will be different every time, depending on the theme of the week and group that's there, sometimes it's about grounding, sometimes it's about releasing or processing, as an NLP Practitioner I use techniques like journalling, creating, meditation and EFT Tapping.
As long as you have a desire within you to activate your inner dancer you're in the right place. Especially for you I've created Bonus Module 0; it's all about alignment, technique and will show you the basics for any dancer.
This will be a fantastic time for you to reconnect to YOUR love for dancing, why you started it, what you love to do. To connect with your body in your way, develop your own dance language and release the shame, guilt and judgement from the industry on your body, your dancing and you. You'll create a completely new relationship with dance that feels safe and joyous.
Anything you feel comfortable moving in. There's no judgement, you can wear your favourite party outfit to celebrate or your cosiest tracksuit. The most important thing is that it makes you feel comfortable.
All live sessions are recorded and you can pop in and out of them as you please. The Activate Your Inner Dancer Course are all short dance prompts you can do at your own time. While you're winding down for the day, or even walking the dog or watching TV, it's made to infuse dance in your day-to-day life instead of adding on another to-do <3
